The Umrah 101 is a customised class in accordance to individual's comfort and availability. It is suitable for anyone preparing for Umrah or looking to deepen the understanding of this sacred pilgrimage. The aim is to equip individuals with essential knowledge and skills needed to perform the pilgrimage properly.

What are the topics covered?

1) Fiqh for Travellers: Solat Jama' &  Qasar

2) Significance of Umrah: Understanding the spiritual importance and the blessings associated with this pilgrimage

3) Preparing for Ihram: Learn the rituals and guidelines for entering the sacred state of Ihram, including the rulings and how to make the intention

4) Performing Tawaf: Step-by-step guidance on how to perform Tawaf around the Kaabah

5) Understanding Sa’i: An important ritual performed part of Umrah. It involves walking seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwah

6) Tahallul: Final ritual of shaving or trimming of hair

7) Spiritual Preparation: How to mentally and spiritually prepare for Umrah

How is the session conducted?

Session will be held at Sofee Initiative @ 36 Kandahar Street and unlimited to the number of pax attending. The fees for our Asatizah is $100 per hour and the average duration to cover the entire Umrah guide will take at least 3 hours. Any additional hours will be paid after the session.
